The National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) operates a variety of business development initiatives that support business ownership and entrepreneurship among people of color and women. NCRC identifies synergies among the services offered by individual programs to leverage their effectiveness.

DC MBEC and HOU MBEC are sponsored by the U.S. Department of Commerce and managed by NCRC. They provide consulting services and technical assistance to high growth, minority-owned businesses in the Washington and Houston metropolitan areas. DC WBC is sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration and managed by NCRC.
